"Strike 2 Explained" is released on Groove3... wow ... at least Russ has a running version of Strike 2.

That would have been done and contracted long before this mess!

Dont suppose Groove3 would really know about the issues we are all having. at least its there ready for the go

Suppose the 2 (Or is it 3) PC users will appreciate it

Maybe that explains why rhey are a little bit cautious in criticizing this release disaster!
Nobody bites the hand that feeds.
It means Russ had a functional version of strike long before. Probably without the DR store.

I never would blame G3 for that (very good tutorials around) ... but really a bad bad bad timing for russ-video-stuff

Russ is on record as stating he had fully functioning versions of ALL the AIR products at least 4 MONTH ago.

That said, it ain't his product.

Hey suicine, You have to fill out the form on their website then wait for a reply. It took them 4 or 5 days to respond to me. Then I had to send in my invoices and registration details etc and now Ive been waiting another 6 days.

These people need some basic customer service training. Just appalling.

Welp, I've contacted them twice over the past 2.5 weeks. Still not a single response. Their turnround time is definitely not "within 72 hours".

They can either let me upgrade (bought PTIEP 18 months ago), or I can keep my money. I'm a bit disappointed. Has anyone else been able to send them an invoice copy to prove they are eligible for the upgrade code?

Account showing the AIR assets and he'll get you the code. He is a very cool guy, so be nice.

That's who just hooked me up. I sent an email I believe yesterday morning maybe Monday afternoon. And I got a reply yesterday asking for verification I had bought them. I finally found an email order confirmation were I bought strike back in October 2006. I sent him a copy of it last night and this morning I have promo codes. Woohoo. Now if they can just get the servers sorted I'll be good to go.
