The Mystery of the Purple Dongle
Long story short - I had to take my PC into the shop to fix an issue. I had three dongles: iLok, Ignition key (for Reason) and a purple one (sort of dark purple). The purple one has turned up missing, and I haven't the slightest idea what it was for. I know its serves as authorization key for something. Does a purple dongle for some VI or other ring a bell with anyone? Its been in there a good long while...3 years at least. I just don't what VI (or other plugins) it is for.
Can anyone shed light?

I have one labeled "Syncrosoft" sitting on the edge of a shelf in the cabinet where I keep my jazz fake books. It has been there probably for a decade. I recall having a Steinberg dongle for something or another, not sure if it is that or not. Plus, I had a dongle for the early Logic release as well.
Except, it is more of a cobalt blue than a purple…

This one was definitely a purplish color, not cobolt.

ProfileMaker 5 software uses a purple-colored dongle.
