Default Re: 12.7 Versions issue...

Got ya Drew, I kind of had a feeling that was the case. That confirms it! 12.7 was a waste of members $$ on useless features! Guess I'll just swap back over to the 12.6 system drive and keep rockin'.

Kudo's Avid...on being the most useless developers!

That would be a feature I would use. Save me having to fumble through my notebook. Be great if they added take notes to playlists too! Those are things that are actually useful!

12.7 is without a doubt the most underwhelming release imaginable!

12.7 not even worth installing.
I thought 12.4 to 12.6 was a great jump in function.

I always do a test install to see if there are any differences in performance. If there is a substantial change or new feature, I'll stick with that version...you nailed it. To those looking for improvements, this version made no change aside from some bizarre errors upon install.

Starting to think my $300 will be better spent elsewhere come March 21st.

Default Re: Save As New Version / Project Revision History - Cloud only

I've used studio one and have it from an barter on a session. In the new year I may investigate making the transition. Here in the north, the name 'pro tools' still holds its value among clients.
