Default Refresh PT to see edits?

Im using PT as a Sequencer for audio and also on the same Mac using Parallels running Windows and Soundforge to further mangle and edit audio along side PT

I can then have the same audio open in both places and edit in SF and re-save.

Is there a way to "refresh" PT so that it sees any updates to the newly saved waveform?

I have heard of the Mac refresh of shift+R but this doesn't work in PT (but works doing this method in other DAW's)

Whats the quickest way to refresh any updated edits to a file while PT has it open on its timeline, without having to delete and re-import the long winded way, just to make changes??
