Why tempo reset each time session opened
Can someone tell me why the tempo is reset to 120 each time I open up my session. I am using iMac G5 (pre-intel), PT 7.3.1 and the free/lite version of Reason for this session. Fortunately I keep notes. This never happens on TDM sessions. Thanks.

Don´t have PT on front of me now, but 120 bpm is the default tempo when you open Reason as standalone. I had the same problem with RSN 2.5 and PT 6. Protools simply lost the midi beat clock settings each time a PT session containing RSN rewire was reopened, and PT were therefore slaving to reasons midi beat clock, not the other way around. Since I´ve almost stopped working with RSN, I guess there are people out there with more up to date knowledge! arvid |

Re: Why tempo reset each time session opened
Thanks for the help. I am going to look at this the next time I launch - but since posting I have opened it once - and it was at 128bpm (the tempo I set originally)???? Ghosts in the machine
