MTRX Studio DA Faults

Hey all,

Posting here while I wait for Avid Support.

I'm on my second MTRX Studio after I RMA'd the first one due to a dead DA output, today I've just noticed after troubleshooting my surround monitoring array that channel five on the DA outputs is outputting 6db lower level than all the other channels.

Is anyone else experiencing similar with their DA outputs?

My first Studio was serial 101206, the one they sent me to replace that is 101304. I'm wondering if there was a bad batch early on in manufacturing?

Either way, interested to hear if anyone else is having trouble.

We've had 3 different MTRX Studios RMA'd and replaced. But none of the replacements have had issues (all the original 3 were from early production.) I'll see if I can pull up all the serial numbers for the replacements (I know I've written down at least 1.)

However, your particular issue I haven't faced. It was either working or not.
(and all our units that needed an RMA were about DA. Not AD or any other functions.)
