Default Pro Tools Audio Problem

I don't have audio in Pro Tools and my sound works perfectly fine anywhere else. I can see the levels in Pro Tools moving up and down but I can't hear anything through my speakers. Same thing with headphones. I downloaded the latest ASIO4ALL driver. There are videos that deal with similar problems but none of them have helped at all. All of the forums I visited also had no solution.

Relevant to my setup:
Pro Tools 12.8
64 bit Windows 10
8 GB RAM
Audio Adapter External Sound Card- https://www.startech.com/Cards-Adapt...F~ICUSBAUDIO7D
Behringer Xenyx 302 USB- http://www.music-group.com/Categorie...302USB/p/P0ADV

This is a link to relevant pictures:

Would appreciate any help.

Do NOT use your audio interface for Windows sounds.

You shouldn't need ASIO4ALL if your interface has it's own drivers. If it does - use them.

Hold down the 'n' key on your computer as PT starts and you should be able to choose your audio interface.

This is all true. Was this able to solve your problem?
It may be that the issue isn't your audio interface but your playback engine. Go to Setup>Playback Engine in Pro Tools. From there you should be able to adjust where Pro Tools plays its audio from.

If your interface is not an option there then you either have the wrong drivers installed or need to reinstall the correct ones if it didnt work the first time. If it is an option, you should select it and not have issues.

Good luck!
