Thanks.
Rosetta is needed for the backwards thinking plugin vendors who have not updated to Apple Silicon native. If it runs on Intel code, Apple Silicon hardware needs to convert it using Rosetta.

Retarded? Come on man.

Also, did you read what they actually wrote? They’re referring to Melodyne being AS native but the release notes implying it’s not.

I’m sure they’re not the only one confused by the statement. It has me scratching my head too.

Several others have confirmed it’s happening as well - not sure why for some and not for others? Based on sample rate maybe?

Anyway, time to chill, I'm rephrasing the question

Anybody using Melodyne natively on a M1/M2 - Ventura - Protools2023.3 - without Rosetta

What we SAY in life echos in eternity as well…

This is not acceptable language in any situation. Especially when using it as negative connotation towards someone or some entity.

Yeah I thought this was a weird statement too. Melodyne was working for me on the beta pro tools version. I don’t know what changed.

Very excited about the new elastic audio algorithm. It’s promising to be phase coherent across multitrack audio. If this is true, its major.
