pro tools subscription, can't start, tells me it's expired
Hi, new here. been looking, googling, frustrated by not being able to get any answers at Avid site, no way to contact without paying for it... not sure best way to get help n this.
New to pro tools past few months, was a long time logic user. Started pro tools today to prepare for a drum session tomorrow morning, won't start and says my subscription is expired, checked my account, I'm faithfully paying, and says active. Checked my iLok, it's ok except the pro tools one I click refresh and it says... 'pending'.One strange thing, I have 3, pro tools plan, pro tools, and 'eleven'. The pro tools one is the one 'pending'. Kinda freaking out here. Am I missing something, do I have to do something regularly to refresh this? Really need this to work, would appreciate any help or direction to how to contact or fix this. Thanks! edit: finally figured out how to submit a case. I just figured out too that I may have posted this incorrectly here and there is a forum room for this. My apologies. My case # is 03092156 hopefully I'll be recording drums tomorrow! Looks I'm tracking drums now, issue was resolved quickly (thankfully) and now I know the process for sending in a case. Thanks for whomever moved this here to the appropriate forum.

Sorry for the trouble. Looks like this was resolved via your support case, and I confirmed the licenses have been activated.
