„Stock“ and „free“ plugins/bundles missing

For several reasons, I had to reinstall PT 2019.10 from scratch (Not want to bother you with too many details). HighSierra MacBook Pro Retina late 2013.

In Avid Link, the list of - may I call it „stock“ / „free“ / „bundled“? - Plugins provided by Avid I had before, is almost empty. Not talking about those I need to download and install from my account like xpand! etc., but those, which came as additional freebies/bundles connected to my continuous and uninterrupted yearly update plan for PT (the „normal“, non-HD PT), like Space or other plugin bundles.
How comes? Why does Avid Link 2019.10 not install most of these plugins?

I also could not find anything in my account, neither on the main download page nor on „products not yet downloaded“, that I might need to manually add, other than the provided installers like „air“

I had made sure, my plugin-folder was empty, had deleted all PT-relevant files and folders to force a complete new installation. No luck.

Right now, I got around that by restoring my main drive from a backup, but that’s nothing more than a temporary solution. Also, I am in the process of getting a Mac Mini - if I will get the same situation when installing PT there, I‘m screwed...

Any advice, what I am missing, not getting right here? Attached, there are screenshots of what Avid had provided over the years - most of that is gone, when I install from scratch either via Avid Link or by downloading the 2019.10 installer.
