Question Eleven Rack Not Showing Up In PT9

Argh! I've been browsing the forum and can't seem to find any solution to this problem.

I upgraded from PT LE 8.0.4 to PT 9 on Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit. I am running Eleven Rack Firmware 1.0.3 Build 0.6.2.0. My rig was just fine before I moved to PT 9 and now I cannot see my 11 Rack in the hardware list. I also cannot see it as a valid input/output in my tracks.

My 11R is clearly visible to the rest of Windows, as I'm able to use my Kontakt 4 Software with it and I can see the interface for it in the Windows Control Panel. PT is just not seeing it.

Any suggestions??

Windows 7 Enterprise is not a recommended Pro Tools 9.0 System Requirement.

Ok, I got a resolution! Apparrently, you have to switch the playback engine under the setup options to 11R FIRST and THEN you can see it in the list of hardware devices. Once I made the change in that order, everything seems to be just fine

Just curious, what other devices are listed in the Playback Engine dialog?

Yeah I appear to be good to go except my Structure Plugin seems to be gone and now I only see Structure Free. Why is everything such a hassle with this?

Structure needs to be reinstalled.
