Can't Log in To Avid account/Password reset not working
Good morning folks!
I attempted to log in to my avid account this morning as I need to update to 12 before the year is over... in a few hours. Late to the party, yes I know. I appear to be locked out, "Try back in a little while," and password reset didn't work either. (Which is why I got locked out.) I noticed someone else had a similar issue in 2012. I didn't want to respond on a dead thread so starting a new one. Tried just now and our accounts works as they should.
Check the trash for an email with info on password changes.

Still can't remember what my password was and I don't want to get locked out again. Pw reset is still not working. (Same screenshot as I posted earlier.) Suggestions? *@ Southside - This is the response I get when using the link sent by Avid to reset my password. IE I paste or click the link, it asks me to enter the new password, I respond to the captcha bit hit submit, and it tells me it can't change my password, please enter the current one... |

I'm having a similar problem, reset password won't send me any emails and I seem to be locked out of my account.
Thanks for any help! EDIT: Ahh I see what happened, I have two master accounts that I need to merge. All of my licenses are on an outdated email login. Where would be the correct support platform to reach out to merge those two? Thanks!! Last edited by kyleberzle; 12-09-2017 at 08:20 PM. |

Not gettng a Password Reset email
I forgot my password, but, when attempting to reset it, was unsuccessful. The Avid password reset screen says that the email has been sent, but I have yet to receive it, even after numerous attempts on different browsers and machines. I have searched through all different inboxes (including junk and spam), and am sure I have entered my email address correctly. How can I get the password reset email sent to me?

Can't reset my password
Help, I'm having trouble resetting the password. I've recently signed up and sent in my student verification in order to buy pro tools. My eligibility for student discount was approved, but since then, I wasn't able to login to my account, nor reset the password. My email adress ends with @seznam.cz, could there be a problem with that? Please, help me reset the password, I've been trying to buy Pro Tools for 3 days now and I'll need it in the upcoming days at school, so it's kind of time sensitive.
