Bought an annual subscription for PT12 but received a monthly license?
I recently purchased an annual subscription for PT12 but only just now saw that the license that was installed on the iLok was for a monthly subscription, which has now expired and so I am unable to use PT.
Has anyone else experienced this? What can you do about it? I tried writing Avid Support but of course, this is the Christmas Season so probably won't get an answer anytime soon.
