Did the M-audio Fast track Pro works with the new Pro tools 11 or Express?
Hey guys,
I am looking to make an upgrade for my system, trying to get the new things and before starting my new band project. I REALLY WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN USE PROTOOLS 11 OR THE EXPRESS EDITION WITH MY M-AUDIO FAST TRACK PRO. I LIKE MY INTERFACE AND I WANT TO KEEP IT BUT AT THE SAME TIME HAVE THE NEW SYSTEM. WHAT YOU GUYS THINK LET ME KNOW IF I CAN DO THIS AND IF NOT, WHAT YOU SUGGEST. P.D.: I have Windows 7 and Pro Tools M-Powered 8.

It would be a good idea to post your full system specs, but here's a general answer:
Pro Tools 11 should work with any audio device that has ASIO or Core Audio drivers (the FTP does). Pro Tools Express works with a select few audio devices (not the FTP). Joel

And to add to that, you can't just buy a packaged version of Pro Tools Express, it comes bundled with certain interfaces.
