Default PTF crashes and says projects created in newer version

Hello there.
I am running Pro tools First.
My system settings are below.
When I try to open a project that I did manage to create I get the message that the session was uploaded by newer version of Pro tools (see below).
If I go to create rather than open I can open a project but PTF immediately crashes.
I have tested my avid log in on other machines and everything works fine. However on my machine it always does this.
I have reinstalled PTF, I have the asio drivers installed. Any ideas?
Please.
