Avid Artist Mix - Page Buttons Don't Work

The page left and page right buttons work intermittently. These are very important because it's how I switch between my different reverb sends.

Does anyone have a suggestion for troubleshooting? I'm on the latest software and firmware.

I also can't open the EuCon software, neither by double clicking on the app, nor by selecting it in my Windows Start menu.

I have other strange, intermittent problems. You can see in the OLED display, the far left fader has an @ symbol that should not be there; and on the Vocal fader, the name is not on the top row like it is for all the other tracks. Has anyone else seen these problems?

Mine looks fine. I would uninstall Eucon and re-install, and as ALL software on Win 7 or 10, right-click on the Setup file and choose Run as Administrator.

looks like a possible hardware error or the firmware on the Mix needs updating (unfortunately you need Eucon open to get to the firmware updater.) Possibly take it to a different computer to check that out/do a firmware update.

That vocal channel is the real weird one. Does it move with wherever the channel is (on a different fader)?

No, the error you see on the Vocal fader doesn't move left and right if I move the tracks over. It stays above the same fader.

Yes, latest firmware, reinstalled OS and everything.

I had some other, similar hardware glitches which were solved by swapping the power supply (I swapped it with the one from my Avid Artist Transport). But I don't have another power supply to try now. Hm, I wonder if I could buy just a wall wart used somewhere...

These guys tend to do Avid parts.

(btw, believe the power supply for the transport was different than control/mix because it didn't have to support the power needs of faders)

Thanks for the link. That's the exact one I'm using now (it DEFINITELY came with the wrong one though, it came with a tiny wall-wart that has half the capacity of this power supply). So I guess that's not the problem...

Shame I accidentally let my Avid service contract expire.
