I wish that it were different

I am having a difficult time wrapping my head around this...

When navigating the mixer/edit windowns with the jog wheel (which I love), holding the option key+jogwheel scrolls the windows left to right. Turn the wheel to the left the window scrolls left, turn to the right the window scrolls to the right. Basic stuff right??

Now when wanting to scroll the faders by holding either of the bank keys (next to the job wheel) and then turning the jog wheel, the wheel seems to be programmed backwards. Turning the wheel to the left scrolls the faders to the right, turning to the right scrolls the faders to the left. Does anyone else find this confusing?

I wish it were different.
