Default removing plugins

How do I remove the plugins that aren't being used and pop up when you're opening protools. I found the plugin folder but the ones that pop up arent in there so I have no idea where else to go

Jus go to ur HD, applications, Digidesign or the plug folder if its 3rd party stuff, & trash it...
