iLok - license problem.

Hi there,
I hope this is the right place to post this so i can get some help from Digi.
I upgraded to PT 7 with Smack and the Pultec bundle.
I got the freaking ilok today and went to the whole proccedure of synchronizing and downloading the licenses that digi sent to my ilok account.
Everything went ok EXCEPT that the Pultec EQP-1A license was somehow NOT downloaded BUT on my acount history it is marked as :
11/09/2005 07:05 PM Deposit Asset Pultec EQP-1A Digidesign
Asset deposited for product: Pultec EQP-1A
just like the other 3 plug-ins that their licenses WERE downloaded.
On my account it says that i have no licenses pending for downloading.
So ,what i need right now is the license of Pultec EQP-1A to be deposited on my ilok account again.
Anyone at Digi reading this?!
