Half-speed playback messes up midi

I often use half speed playback to tune in on the finer points of editing, most notably when using Waves Tune. Prior to PT8, midi playback was totally sync'd to my audio when running at half speed, but now it's a mess, requiring me to mute midi tracks when doing such editing.

Anyone else seeing this?
