What do people think of Source-Connect?

We've done two sessions with it now, one on the sending side (talent in our studio) and one on the receiving side (talent in another studio) and it seems to work great. I was just wondering what experiences others were having and what everyone thought about it.

Great company with a great product. We did some A/B tests and our ISDN codec is going out the door soon. I love it!

What's the maximum bit rate available?
What's the delay like?
Are you comparing its quality to a Layer II codec or an APT?
How does internal studio network traffic on your router affect it? (like if someone in another room starts a large FTP upload/download)

We tried it in April, and it didn't work the way it needs to in order to be a viable purchase. The people we demo'd it with claim their PC was the problem. Since I have yet to demo it again, I can only take them at their word. I hope our next demo works. Then the question becomes is it viable to up the ante on our internet bandwidth?
