Default Digi002 Rack Midi Out Not Working

My rack unit won't send anything out the Midi out ports. I have had it working for years and then one day I couldn't get it to work. For a midi channel output, I select either Avid 002 Rack Port 1, Channel 1 or Avid 002 Rack Port 2, Channel 1. I have outboard synths hooked up to Midi Out 1 and 2 and neither of them gets a midi signal.

Midi In, however, works fine.

Anyone have an idea? Here are my particulars:

Mac Pro 5.1
OS 10.8 - Mountain Lion
Digi 002 Rack
PT 10.3.9

Thanks!
