Ok I'll just purchase a pair of those. i'll have them coming out of the Switch Witch and have the xlr to rca cable to the Samsons.
I bought the XLR to RCA cables from Sam Ash so I would assume theyre wired correctly internally

Noisy PC power supply is the issue here. I have isolated it to when monitors display bright colors. You can hear it over the monitor speakers sometimes as well. I took a rubber tube to the ear and listened to the noise, its somewhere in my Corsair 650 watt PS.
I have tried different power conditioners and grounding, no go.
