Eleven Rack Editor won't install - Avid Pro Audio Community

Eleven Rack Editor won't install

I'm on Windows 7. At installation the Editor goes through the entire installation, reboots....but no Editor. It installs the C++2010 redistributable as well as PACE. I've searched and read but I cannot find a solution. Can anyone help, please?
