PT10 Waveforms
Digi, are BWAV embedded waveforms created under PT9 compatible with PT10?
We are moving our sessions over to server volumes to take advantage of the new capability to work off a server but PT10 is recalculating some (but not all) of the waveforms in the session and writing them back to the original files (which were created under PT9 and whos waveforms did not get recalc'd when on a local drive). This is going to wreak havoc on backups. Anyone else experiencing this?

Re: PT10 Waveforms
If anyone is interested, turns out these were files created on a recorder set to DPE mode. DPE files behave differently than non-DPE and are subject to WF recalc at odd times. This is a behavior that has been with us since DPE was allowed (PT8?) and is cause for some grey hairs around here.
Cheers, Polaris

Re: PT10 Waveforms
My problems opening 9 HD sessions in 10 HD may be similar to yours. Re-rendering, re-calculating files with a few problems. See this thread.
