Point taken, but please keep in mind that iLok is used by more companies than just Avid.

Thanks and yes, it's crashing and I will start a support ticket today. I was just mentioning it to a friend of mine. I actually noticed the crash about a week or so ago and thought it was due to something I did. It happened again recently so I did a few tests and was able to duplicate the crash. It's also crashing if I disconnect from the internet.
Protools Ultimate 2018.12/ OS 10.13.6 on both computers.

Agreed, so I'm passing your feedback on to our Product Managers and EDU group.

This is probably a request for iLok than for AVID, but iLok cloud should be built with virtual iLoks, just like physical ones, but on the cloud, so you can allocate specific licenses to specific iLoks, and use them for specific sessions. Also, they need to make multiple iLok Cloud sessions to be possible.

There is a setting that allows you to manually manage the licenses in your Cloud Session... right+click > Show Details > Switch To Managed Mode
