Mbox 2 Pro - Unbalanced/Balanced Inputs
The Mbox 2 Pro has 2 unbalanced 1/4" inputs on the front and 4 balanced 1/4" inputs on the back.
My Korg Triton has unbalanced outputs - can I connect these to the Aux In balanced 1/4" inputs on the back? I have been doing this using regular guitar cables (TS), but yesterday got some really dirty signals so wondered if that was anything to do with it. Should I switch to balanced cables, even though the Korg's output is unbalanced? Or plug the TS cables into the front DI unbalanced inputs? The latter is obviously easier but if I can keep the cables out of the way and save them for guitar inputs that would be much better. Thanks Dstryr
