Can't renew pro tools 12 HD annual subscription
So my license just ran out for my Pro tools 12 HD annual subscription and there is no option to renew it in my avid account. I've tried buying a reinstatement license from the avid store but it has a error code and won't complete the order?
I've messaged support but haven't heard back. Is there any way to solve this without having to buy a new license? Cheers |

If the period of the plan aswell as the 30day grace period ran out you wont see the renewal in the avid account. Now you need to buy the reinstatement for $999 as that is the only way. When did it run out?

It was supposed to expire on the 6/2/18. i tried to buy the restatement but I kept getting this message.
"Chosen ilok doesn't have enough qualifying product licenses for upgrade." |

Welcome to the community.
Will check on your case, but it sounds like the Upgrade Reinstatement is the wrong product for you (that's an upgrade for a perpetual license). For Subscriptions you can simply purchase another subscription if yours expired.
