Can't register my S3, see# not recognized ?

Can't register my S3, see# not recognized ?

Just got my S3, tried to register by entering the Activation code that came with the S3, then it asks for the S3's ser#. I enter the right # found underneath the unit but it says the set# is invalid....HELP !!!!
