Buzzing on Playback???

I am getting a slight buzzing during playback of some tracks. Here is what I did.
I recorded some midi drums, then I laid down some bass, then 2 guitar tracks. This all over about 10 bars. On the playback I get buzzing almost as if I keep peaking out. I only peaked once, and the buzzing comes before and after. It is real soft. Does anyone think it may be CPU usage?

G5 1.8Ghz
2 Ghz Ram
OS X 10.4.4
PT MPowered 7.1
