Default Protools 12.7 crash when trying to open a project from the cloud

hey

im new with this all cloud thing....i have an HDX setup in my studio - i saved a mix i have done as a project , and saves it as a project and uploaded it to the cloud....so i could get back home and do some more work on my laptop and pad stuff...when i try to open the project protools crashes....tried over 5 times and it crashes....every time....

any ideas?
