Have I Lost My Black Friday Price

Hey

I finally pulled the trigger on PT12 when the Black Friday deal was running late last year.

I've had a few awful weeks of cancellations due to the Pandemic and have also not been chasing money from clients as I know we are all now in trouble seeing as the music industry has essentially been calcelled over the period of about 7 days.

I have a very empty bank account at the moment and my Avid payment did not get paid this month.

I presumed I could just pay it when some money came in but when I went to try and pay it this week - I seem to have to start the whole process again now and can't just continue where I left off Is this the case???

Do I really have to rebuy the monthly yearly subscription at the regular price now and lose the discount I got by buying on Black Friday???

This is pretty aggressive Avid... do you really cancel peoples subscription immediately???

I am now questioning whether I even want to bother singing up again for the year - I have one record to finish mixing and can buy a month to do this when the client is ready to do it after Lockdowns end - but this attitude makes me question the loyalty I have shown to Tools over the past 20+ years.

I have joined this forum to ask this question cause I am also scared that I will be charged to put an official support request in and while the DUC has always been a valuable source for info over the years its a pretty antiquated system and it has taken me days to even get on here and authorised to make this post.

Any info on this would be appreciated cause the website and information on Avid link isn't exactly straightforward.
