Default iLok lost, need replacement licenses

Hello, I lost my iLok and need to replace my licenses. However, I don't know which ASC to buy and since picking the wrong one means I lose money, I'd like to know which one to get. I have already submitted an RMA notification to iLok so all I need to do is contact Avid.

Do I need the Pro Tools software code or the Service Transfer/Replacement Fee code? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Welcome to the community, and sorry to hear you lost your iLok.

http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/F...en-iLok-Policy lists the steps, and links to the ASC on the store.
