Any idea if these are to be ported for us to use? Insider info? Guesses?

My guess would be that they *never* port to Windows, but then again, I'm so anti-Windows that my opinion is very biased

One more good reason to switch to Mac...

Well I can't tell you I haven't thought about switching but it sure wouldn't be any time soon.

Looks like there here...

Soundtoys Native for XP.

Edit-Looks like the demo is only a .dmg (mac) installer. Damnit. I sent an e-mail to them, we'll see if there's an XP demo soon.

cool, glad it helped out.

it will be a couple weeks before i can install them and play with them, gotta get some stuff finished up. let me know how they are, and how long the demo lasts. i will be anxiously awaiting playing with some new toys!!!

Played with them a bit today. You get 15 days to try them out, fully functional with a ton of presets.
What I've heard so far (on vox & gtr) sounds fantastic. I could definitely get hooked on Echoboy on vocals.
I did notice that PT graphics slows down a bit with either Filterfreak or Echoboy open and some of the presets were slow to load, no problems audiowise though.
I've got a sinking feeling these next 15 days are gonna fly by.

same on my machine as well, protools meters slow down and faders are stubborn to move. this is only when the actual (sound toys) plug in is being displayed
