Eleven Rack Expansion pack problem

Hey Guys, I'm having a problem with the expansion pack. I bought it, downloaded it, installed it but when I go to the activation it tells me that my System ID and Serial number are not matching in the Avid Database!!?? WTF? I'm using the numbers they gave me. I'm using Eleven Rack on XP SP3 with ProTools LE 8. I have installed the latest Eleven Rack firmware just a few days ago.

Any ideas?
