Unable to create thumbnails for video
Using a Macbook Air early 2015
Pro Tools 12.8.3 When I import a video into a new session the video (mp4 file) will not play and comes up with the following message, The video engine is unable to create thumbnails for the video track. I have changed the format of the video and still has no resolved the issue. Many thanks.
