Default Eleven Rack Mic Input Gain Pot

I recently discovered that the mic gain pot in my Eleven Rack has become loose. I have not opened it up to check it out. I thought I would ask in advance before doing so. The Mic Input Gain Pot, if there actually is one, has become loose inside. My Eleven Rack is about 7 or 8 years old. Is this an easy repair much like a volume or tone pot on a guitar, or is it something completely different? Also, I lost the know to the gain pot as well. Anyone know where I can order another?
