I can confirm this bug isn't fixed in 10.3.1

I had to modify several QuicKeys macros I made to undo the splitting of regions and to avoid returning to the beginning of the session because of this bug.

Slightly off topic, but I've also noticed that if you paste a midi note and hit tab, it reselects the note you just pasted rather than selecting the next note, as in versions prior to 10.3.

Anybody try 10.3.4? It doesn't mention anything about it on the "Issues Resolved" list. I'm still on 10.2 because of this issue.
