Hi,

Thank you for contacting Slate customer support. You already have the code. Please try upgrading to VMR 1.6.4.1:

1) Run the VMR uninstall command in Applications/Slate Digital
2) Restart your computer
3) Run the
VMR 1.6.4.1 Mac Installer https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByG...11MEZkN0E/view

4) Open your iLok License Manager
5) Right click on the iLok dongle and select Synchronize
6) Launch DAW

I only emailed Gobbler as I assumed it was a licensing issue.

Got the same email. Gonna try it on Friday when I get back into town. Good to hear that it worked for a few people. Hope that it works on P Tools 10 HD as well.

Followed the instructions, my licences are still showing incorrect subscription dates. 16/08 on iLok, 9/08 under 'all licences' tab, and 8/09 on the Gobbler website.

Have you contacted Slate support. They got back to me in two days. I have the regular ownership licenses and you have the subscription licenses but that shouldn't make any difference.

FWIW, I experienced no problems whatsoever using Gobbler to update my Slate bundle the day Monster came out (whatever version that was). Running PT 12.1 on OSX 10.8.5 here.
