Edit window keeps jumping to bar 45 when starting/stopping transport

Anyone know how to stop this issue? It seems to have started after installing the EuControl app (every time I install this app, some weird crap starts happening). Intermittently when I press play or stop while trying to edit a certain area of the song, my edit window jumps to bar 45 or some other random location when starting/stopping transport. It's driving me crazy. Anyone know what's going on?

Seems like it's jumping to where ever the cursor last played from when I press stop.

EDIT: NVM. Edit window scrolling got turned on somehow.
