Default Chrome Wah Issues

I'm working in ProTools 7.4.2 and I want to modulate a guitar track.
I pull up Chrome Wah and it gives me an error message that says:
"The plug-in could not be made active because a DAE error was encountered (error #-7054)."
What does this mean, and how can I fix it?
