Default ProTools LE 7.3.1cs2 crashing on file rename

Hello DUC & Digi:

I'm putting my new PT LE 7.3.1cs2 w/ DVTK2 system through its paces. Printing mixes and splits from a finished television show involves a lot of re-recording and file renaming. ProTools has crashed several times today just after renaming a BWAV file. This is shortly after it was recorded, so I wonder if I'm renaming too quickly. Perhaps PT is still figuring out the overview. Even when I wait a moment or two for the overview, it often still crashes.

Very frustrating in what has been otherwise an excellent upgrade experience.
