Transport Functions C600 doesn't work

Hello,

I cannot get the transport functions on my fast track c600 to work in pro Tools 11 - I'm on Windows 8.

The interface and transport functions are listed as officially supported by avid.

What am I doing wrong? Interface works great with pro Tools aside from the transport feature...

It is recognized in the peripherals setup as "fasttrack c600 external" - I choose it as HUI and both recieve from and send to - but - nothing happens...

any ideas?

I don't have a C600, so I might be wrong here. But I think the External MIDI is the physical MIDI ports on the C600. You should see something like C600 Control Surface MIDI or Transport or similar when you're selecting your HUI device.
