Default Am I the only one?

So I bought a mac about 2 weeks ago and got everything up and running no problem. I go to do a mixdown of a session I tracked last week and when I went to go use a non WAVES plugin, ALL of my presets were gone. I had to reload them into PT 10.2 which caused me to lose all organization that I had going. Unless I take the time to go back through and re organize all the stock presets.

So what caused this to happen? It didn't affect waves, but every other plugin was affected. I'm new to Mac so is there something I'm missing?
