Pro Tools First 12.8.2 Crashes when signing in

Hello,
I have been trying to use Pro Tools First 12.8.2 but every time I install and try to start it up, it will crash when it gets to the "Signing in to your Avid account" screen and show the message in the image that is attached. Is there a solution to this? I have updated all of my audio drivers even though I don't have any interfaces I use on hand. Someone please help!!!

You can't run PT on any PC without a Interface or a Asio Driver like asio4all which makes PT see that as an interface so if you are trying to run PT12 first or full version with no interface or asio4all then you will not be able to run.

I have Asio4All but this is still happening! I just don't have any hardware interface to connect to my computer.

Trash preferences and databases
Launch PT with N key held down
Choose asio4all when popup window comes up

Restart Computer and see if this helps.

Still no luck.. A pop up window doesn't even come up to give me a choice of audio driver
