left channel audio is playing at a lower volume

I have checked my amp , balance , mixer and cables
it seems that the left channel in my Digi002 rack is playing much lower in volume than the right
side . what to do please help anyone thank you

Is it quieter in headphones, too? How about when you press the mono switch? Try using a different pair for output, like 3-4, 5-6, or 7-8. If you still have a problem on the left side, it's not the 002.

These aren't suggestions for a fix, just more things to try to characterize the problem.

tele player as in telecaster
found the problem, just rewired in correctly
the main output are vertcal not horizontal
im playin a 74 tele deluxe , love it
