Default Where do I find the Structure "Surrender License" for iLok?
Hello.

I've bought Structure 1.1, and were about to download the iLok-license. But on the iLok download-screen, it says it's missing this "Surrender License".
So I've read that the surrender license is some kind of a trading-license that the iLok uses.

But where do I get this surrender license from?
Did it came with the Structure Free on Pro Tools LE 8 or something?

I've bought Structure, and should be able to use it without all sorts of extra licenses, other than the real Structure-license that is required, which I can't download without the "Surrender License".

It sounds like you chose an upgrade rather than the full version. The full version is $399 while the upgrades are $49 or $249 depending on the previous version.

Yes, that's right. I had Structure Free in Pro Tools LE 8, so I bought the Structure LE to Structure 1.1 Upgrade for 210 Euros.

So is there anyone who knows how to get the "Surrender License"?

Structure Free does not qualify you to get an upgrade. It is free after all.

You have to pay for the full version or you have to buy the Instrument Expansion Pack.

You had Structure Free not Structure LE, so it is looking for the structure LE license to surrender because of the upgrade path you purchased.

Right, the upgrade requires the surrender of the Structure LE license. Contact customer support for details on purchasing the full version.

I have a few of these LE licenses, hit me up on Skype after the NAMM show completes.
