Default C/24 Fader replacements

Hi all, after years of heavy use looks like one of my faders is going south on the C/24. Its out of warranty so I will swap the fader myself. I looked on Avids main site and found this: 'Fader replacements are also available for purchase directly from the Webstore, under Services > Spares. ' But I cannot find the 'service' area. Does anyone know the ALPS part # so I can order them? I searched the DUC and could not find the part #.
Thanks!!

ok so I chatted with a webstore employee and he informed me that the fader is NOT available at the store and I had to call. I finally got to speak with a rep after about 10 minutes, not bad! He said he would have to check availability at the warehouse and get back to me via email. He did give me the part # but I thinks its an Avid # because when I go to Alps web site the # doesn't exist...

Got the part earlier today and did the swap. There are about 1000 screws on the bottom of the C/24, JK maybe 50 but maaaaannn, that took awhile. All the screws on the bottom and lip of the bottom cover have to be removed along with the feet. Hex screws along both sides have to be removed. Anyways swap was really simple and zero issues with the new the new fader. While I had the unit open I took the time to blow out the fader area of dust and mainly, my hair. I typically wear the hair long but pulled back while working. I will have to use the swifter on it more often.
