8.0.3 not detecting Axiom Pro 61

Hi everyone,

I'm basically a noob when it comes to external instruments to computer. Me being excited to get something Pros would use has led me to asking questions.

The reason why I bought two M-Audio products is to hopefully prevent these kinds of issues form happening but it happened. I previously purchased a USB Producer Mic from M-Audio and thought it was fabulous so continued to use their products and saw the Axiom Pro for sale.

I'm currently experiencing Pro Tools not being able to detect my Axiom Pro 61. I've installed all the drivers found on the CD and website. I called into Tech Support and they haven't figure it out yet also. My computer detects that the Axiom is connected, but Pro Tools will not open the program unless the hardware is detected.

Can someone help me?
