Default assigning sends and plugins

Hate to nag - but is there a plan to implement assigning sends and favourite plugins from the surface? That's the only thing I miss from the old Icon.
(plugins more important personally..)

sends seems like it should be similar to input/bus/output selection..

This is still on the list but its a huge amount of engineering work. I dont have a date yet.
